Beautiful vintage dress handmade in Hong Kong. Tiny stitches and details. Fitted with darts in front and back. Hem is frayed but I will fix with fabric tape and or stitches as well as iron this beauty before sending. I meant to alter this but never got around to it. Clearing out my collection if vintage dresses that do not get worn. 20" bust 16" waist, 38" long. I would say a 10.
